Needless to say, talk about food in this part of Tuscany necessarily mean to speak of two crops that characterize not only the board but also the landscape , that is, the vine and the olive tree. Without being equipped with the reputation of those produced in the surrounding area such as Chianti or Brunello di Montalcino, a wine from the hills around Rapolano does not have much to envy in terms of taste and authenticity, and appears excellent companion to any extent .
